How can I get informed regarding the GDPR?

Using our e-shop for buying products, your personal data are completely safe. For more information please have a look at the “Privacy Policy” section.

How can I contact you?

In the section “Contact” you will find a contact form, which you can fill. Otherwise, you may either call us at +302824091664 or send us an email at info@gaia-ceramics.gr.

How can I create an account?

You can create your personal account in the “LOGIN-SUBSCRIBE” field. Then you can fill in your personal details and complete your subscription.

Alternatively, you can follow the procedure that is given below:

  1. Choose the field “LOGIN-SUBSCRIPTION” that is on the up-right side of our website.
  2. Choose the field “LOGIN” that will be given as a choice.
  3. Fill in your personal details, email and password.

After having completed your personal data, click on “SUBSCRIPTION” field.
Your account is ready!

How can I retrieve my password?

Choose “LOGIN” and you will be transferred at “My account” field. Then choose the “Forgot your password?” section. This way you can retrieve your password using your personal email.

How can I change my personal details?

To change your data, you should choose the section “My account” and then the field “Account and personal data” where you will find the edit form. After having completed your changes press the “Save” button.

Is the creation of a personal account obligatory in order to make an order?

No, in order to complete your order you can either create an account
or complete the procedure as a “Guest”.

  1. In case you create an account, you will be able to create your Personal profile and save your preferences and receive news, offers and the newsletter related to the products that match to your needs and preferences! Moreover, you will have access to your “Order History” and you can check your orders any time you wish.
  2. In case you complete your order as a “Guest” you will not have access to the above mentioned e-shop services.

How can I make an electronic order?

  1. Find the product or the products that you are interested in and then choose the field “ADD TO CART” that exists in any products’s site.
  2. When you have added all the products you wish in your cart, you can get transferred tou your cart through the “My Cart” button up-right the website.
  3. You can complete your order either through your personal Account or “As a Guest”.
  4. You fill in all the necessary fields and choose the “Complete your order” field in order to Checkout.
  5. In case you have chosen to pay through a Credit card, a Debit or a Prepaid one, you will be transferred to the secure sockets layer to complete your order.
  6. Once you complete the procedure you will receive an email by our website with the code and the elements of your order.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only in the following cases:

  1. Before completing your order, during the electronic procedure of your order, you can press the “Cancellation” button that is at the bottom left of your screen. Clicking on this button the procedure is interrupted automatically.

In case the electronic order has been completed but the product has not been sent yet, you can contact us, either through an email or through a phone call in order to cancel the order.

How can I get informed regarding the evolvement of my order?

After having been logged in with your personal details, click on “My  Account” button. There you will find your orders. Once you click on them you will be transferred to the orders table where you will find all the details for the orders you have made.

Otherwise, we provide the ability to get informed about the process of your order through the tracking field.
