We use high quality stoneware in high temperatures to achieve better quality and durabilty.
Because of the nature of the handmade products, size, weight and colour of the items may differ.

*If you have heavy winters, it is advised to take the items inside during harsh weather conditions, as they are handmade.
All of our products need 1-2 days for processing and about 5-8 days for shipping. Please check the rates given, for more accurate estimates depending your location. We use courier shipping, usually DHL or FedEx. There is a priority option if you are in a hurry.
