Product return due to a delivery error
In case of delivery of wrong order, the customer returns these products for check and detection of the error. The shipping costs are charged to the business, such as the cost of the resend.
Return of defective product
Our store guarantees the quality of our products and executes diligently every order. However, if our store will be informed about a defective product within 3 days and get the returned within 10 days, we will replace this product. The shipping costs are charged to the business.
Refund
Our store constantly updates the website about the availability of the products. In case of unavailability or not shipping of order due to our fault, we refund the whole amount of your order.
Return for other reasons
In case that you received a product and for some reason you do not want to keep it or you want to change it, you will be charged with extra shipping costs of 3 euros.
